1/4	c	Blackstrap molasses
1		Egg
1		Egg white
3	c	Whole wheat flour
3	tb	Vital gluten
1 1/2	ts	Pumpkin pie spice
3/4	ts	Salt
2	ts	Yeast
3/4	c	Dried cranberries

Recipe by: adapted from Bread Machine Baking for Better. Add dried cranberries at beep if using raisin cycle. Otherwise add during 2nd knead.
